Registering on SBUK GROUPS allows you to access all areas of information in the forums assessible to you including many documents and photographs, and some GROUPS allow you to subscribe to email newsletters.

The information you submit on registration will be used to provide aggregate statistics on site usage with reference to Scouting - name and other personal information will not be included. The information will not be used to send you any information unless you request to receive it. The information will not be sold or passed to any third parties.

At any time you can change the information submitted in the registration by choosing the edit details option when you login to the site. Alternatively send your request to sbuk-groups@baggy.me.uk. At any time you can remove your registration by sending your request to sbuk-groups@baggy.me.uk . Registrations not used to access the site for 12 months will be removed.

If you choose to subscribe to email newsletters your email address will only be used to send you the information requested. If you no longer wish to receive an email newsletter you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can change the information submitted in the registration by choosing the edit details option when you login to the site and then you can clear any subscriptions. Or you can use the link contained in each email you will be sent which will automatically unsubscribe you.

When you login to the site you can choose to save your login as a cookie on your computer. A cookie is a file sent to a web browser by a web server that is used to record your activities on a website. Cookies can remember personal information, such as your password, so you don't have to re-enter it each time you visit the site. Cookies cannot read information stored in your computer.
